I spent a whole day trying. :( At minute mark 21:11 they show again, a Home watch history which I don't see on my main street page. Very important to realize that you are building for the future, too! Very realistic information. Scenarios that every agent is truly likely to encounter, in one form or another. Some of the clips are repeats from other videos, so that is the one thing I would change about this video, but it is still all very good information and it doesn't hurt to hear it twice...it does feel a little repetitive during those clips, though. ”
