“ I do not like the idea of the feature sheet at the end. ANSWER: It's a different approach, and almost everyone else hands it out first because visitors expect it. But I want you to be different from all the others. By giving out the feature sheet first, they don't focus on the house. By delaying it they have a reason to stop by your table again. Another option is to have it on a counter and encourage them to pick it up. That way they make their own decision. You get tons of visitors to open houses, so try a few different approaches and see what happens. ”
