As a Realtor for over thirty years, many sellers do not realize the need to list their homes at a marketable price, which is a huge mistake. These sellers are more amenable than some I have dealt with in my career. However, the agent is as honest and forthright as can be, while being assertive and understanding. I appreciate her methods and employ these qualities as well. The pre-listing visit is important and necessary, though in the East people may be a bit more agressive in putting their home on the market and not waiting. One needs to knowand assess their clients on an individual basis.
