Great listing presentation video. Having other agents going through paperwork and seemingly not paying attention to the listing agent trying to secure the contract seems like they aren't interested in securing the listing.
Important to answer the phone, but it seemed a little wonky with agents talking over each other.
Nice to see actual conversation and alleviate fear of talking pricing.
Great input for sellers to determine their motive for selling.
